Edit Rule Access List

Depending on your role and business case, you can add users/user groups to the rule and set their access type as View or Modify.

To edit rule access list and add/remove users/user groups:

  • Click on next to the rule you want to edit access list for
  • Select Access list from the menu

  • This will open the Access List Edit screen
  • Add users and/or user groups using the Search users and user groups search box
  • Select View or Modify from the Access level dropdown list
  • Click on the Add button

New user/user group will be added to the access list:

To remove a user/user group, click the Remove button on their right:

You can view the access list by double-clicking on the rule, and then selecting the Access tab on the rule details screen:
