  • I'm not receiving push notifications on my WolkAbout iOS app. What should I do?

    The problem may be that your notifications are disabled on the iOS device itself. You can enable push notifications:

    • Open the Settings on your iOS device.
    • Tap Notification Center.
    • Ensure that WolkAbout app is included among the apps that receive notifications.
    • Tap WolkAbout app and ensure that you have selected either Banners or Alerts.
    • Select your notification preferences (Badge App Icon, Sounds, etc.).

  • I'm not receiving push notifications on my WolkAbout Android app. What should I do?

    The problem may be that your notifications are disabled on the Android device itself. You can enable push notifications:

    • Open the Settings on your Android device.
    • Tap General settings, and enter in Apps menu.
    • Tap WolkAbout app and ensure that checkbox ‘Show notifications’ is enabled.

  • I forgot my WolkAbout IoT Tool password. What should I do?

    Forgot your password? No worries. You can always request a password reset when logging in WolkAbout IoT Tool web app. Please enter the email address you used to register your WolkAbout account. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you right away.
  • How can I mute alerts on my WolkAbout iOS app?

    You can disable push notifications:

    • Open the Settings on your iOS device.
    • Select WolkAbout application.
    • Tap Notifications and ensure that they are disabled.
  • How can I mute alerts on my WolkAbout Android app?

    You can disable push notifications:

    • Open Settings in the WolkAbout app on your Android device.
    • Ensure that Notifications are disabled.
