  • What pricing options do you offer?

    Our pricing is built to follow your pace! We offer four Platform-as-a-Product packages - Evaluation, Basic, Advanced and Partner & Education. To get all the bits and pieces, visit our pricing page.
  • Does my plan price include support?

    Definitely! But, bear in mind that the level of support you get depends on the pricing plan you choose. Get all the details at our pricing page.
  • Is the Evaluation package really free?

    Yup! The Evaluation package comes with 3 devices, 2 dashboards and 3 rules limit, and enough messages to build your IoT prototype. It also comes with free web and mobile apps hosted with us. Do note that the Evaluation package comes with a limited feature set.
  • Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

    There’s no contract - just pay month-to-month if you want. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
  • Can we change our package and add Advanced modules later?

    Of course! Just contact us, and we’ll create a new offer.
  • Is there an option to buy a perpetual lifetime licence?

    Yes, you can buy the perpetual licence of the Basic package. Be aware that the source code is not provided. A suite of software is sold as-is with no modifications and customisations. No app updates are available unless an issue is found. Contact us to find out more.
  • What payment options are there?

    You can pay by full bank transfer. Details are on the invoice. Credit card and PayPal payment options are coming shortly.
  • Are there any discounts if we buy an annual plan?

    Yes, we offer a two-months discount if you choose the annual subscription. We also provide special offers for partners and educational institutions.
  • Do you have any cancellation fees?

    Nope, we don’t have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
  • Do we need to buy the Onboarding Workshops service?

    Of course not! We are offering comprehensive developer documentation and user guides, so you can start building your IoT application without our help.
  • How can we offer services to our enterprise customers through WolkAbout IoT Platform?

    There are three alternatives for you:
    You can simply have one instance of the Platform for each customer. This would give each customer a separate, dedicated space so that they would not be able to see each other’s data.
    Secondly, if this is too complicated, you can purchase an Advanced package with the multi-client capabilities and manage your customers entirely yourself on one Platform instance.
    If you want to have one instance without paying for multi-client capabilities, you can use the role-based access control to limit functionality and data access to your customer users. This may be suitable when you want to jump-start a project.
  • Are there any recurrent or hidden fees after I purchase the Platform?

    Nope! We are laser-focused on keeping things transparent. Scale without worrying - it’s a fixed price without hidden fees or complex calculations.
  • Who can I contact for questions regarding billing or sales issues?

  • Can I get upgrades after purchasing WolkAbout licence?

    The first year of software warranty includes all minor product upgrades (e.g., from 19.Qx.xx to 19.Qx.xx). Once this period elapses, you’ll keep receiving bug fixes and patches for another year.
  • How can I get major upgrades of my WolkAbout license?

    While the software warranty is in force, major product upgrades (e.g., from 19.Q1.xx to 20.Q1.xx) cost half of the license price. After that period, they cost 60% of the licence price.
  • Do you offer any additional services?

    We provide a full range of professional services, including turnkey deployment, design consulting, training, premium support, custom web and mobile application development on top of our Platform, and more. Get all the details at our pricing page.
  • What advisory services can you provide to help us on our digital transformation journey?

    Our experienced IoT team can provide you with technical and business guidance to ensure your success. We also have a wealth of resources available, including blogs, YouTube tutorials and showcase videos, Hackster projects, as well as technical specifications, API documentation, SDKs, and other helpful documents you can find on our developer centre.
